As a consumer you can withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason. Use this form to declare your withdrawal online. You can also declare it by email to office@hashlynk.at or by post to HASHLYNK GmbH, Mölltalstraße 43/1, 9813 Möllbrücke, Austria.

Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days. For goods it starts when you receive the goods, for services and for the HashLink licence it starts when the contract is concluded. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the period expires.

Note

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications. Full details are in the withdrawal instructions in our terms for consumers.
